Fast forward, and Clay now boasts an ABN, Public Liability insurance, and a devoted clientele who appreciate the excellence he brings to every job.

His journey has earned him the spotlight, with features on ABC News, 7 News, Courier Mail, and Carers Queensland. On his vibrant Facebook page, followers eagerly await his updates, sharing in the joy of his work and celebrating the moments when he unveils the treasures purchased with his hard-earned income – including unforgettable trips to witness his beloved car races, including a thrilling adventure in Dubai!

Business Evolution
In 2018, Clay faced the challenge of securing after-school work for almost two years without success. In a world sometimes quick to see only the challenges of disability, Clay's story is one of resilience and surpassing expectations.

Recognising Clay's abilities, his parents refrained from imposing limitations and, true to their faith in him, he consistently exceeded expectations. Understanding his strengths and where support was needed, they collaborated with a consultant to create the idea that would become Clay's Bin Cleaning.
​
The beginning of this venture was a heartfelt Christmas gesture: free bin cleaning for neighbours. Guided by his Dad, Clay mastered the art of bin cleaning, laying the foundation for a business that would redefine his independence.
The support from Clay's family has been monumental. They've cultivated an extraordinary community that stands united in its desire to witness Clay's entrepreneurial venture flourish and see him evolve into an even more independent individual over time.
